Continuing Legal Education Programs
Our interactive programs draw from neuroscience to help courtroom advocates effectively use the elements of story and stakes to prepare and present their cases. We offer a full day comprehensive training on Finding the Trial Story and shorter targeted programs addressing individual elements of story as well as specific pretrial, trial, and appellate advocacy skills.
Custom Training for Law Firms & Entities
We tailor our instruction on story-driven advocacy to the particular needs of private, public interest and governmental entities and customize our training to the topics and time frame of your choosing. In all trainings the lawyers in attendance will present pretrial, trial, or appellate exercises applying our story protocol.
Case Consultations Rooted in Neuroscience & Story
